Angela and her team will help you clear away the clutter to create an inviting and open feel that will attract buyers and allow them to easily envision themselves in the space. Part of this process involves “depersonalizing” the space i.e. removing personal photos and memorabilia that could distract buyers from imagining themselves in the space.

Organize Your Closets and Kitchen

As part of the staging process we prepare your closets, pantry and kitchen cabinets so that they show beautifully when buyers look inside (and they will look inside!) The reason people always peek inside is to get a sense of the size and condition of the space. They want to see if their belongings will fit in the space and how you have organized the space. Chaotic, disorganized closets and cabinets can turn buyers off. We make sure this does not happen.

Light Staging

At AKorganizing, LLC we stage your apartment as part of the organizing process using your existing furniture and accessories. If you require more comprehensive staging (i.e. new furniture, artwork and accessories) we will refer you to one of our trusted and vetted NYC Stagers. We also have a list of resources including skilled contractors, handymen and housekeepers to help you get your apartment picture perfect and ready for your first open house.

Once you have sold your apartment, our team is available to guide you through the moving process and handle the Unpack & Set Up™ of your new home.
