Angela Kantarellis is a Certified Professional Organizer® based in NYC. She started AKorganizing in 2006 and is proud to have grown the business into one of the leading professional organizing companies in NYC.
Angela is a native New Yorker with a background in residential real estate. She has a deep love of NY living and a keen sense of how to organize a NYC home. This passion has fueled her organizing business and inspired the decision to form a niche market in the industry. AKorganizing is the only professional organizing company to specialize exclusively in moving and unpacking in the New York City metro area.
Angela is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and has served on the Board of Directors of the NAPO – NY Chapter. She is honored to have achieved the distinction of Certified Professional Organizer® and to be a member of NAPO’s prestigious Golden Circle. She holds an undergraduate degree from New York University and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the New School for Social Research.
Angela is committed to giving back to the community and regularly volunteers her time and expertise to help local non-profits. Along with her fellow NAPO – NY members she has participated in organizing projects at Rising Tide Capital, The National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, Literacy Partners and the Crown Heights Mediation Center. She also presents workshops on organizing as part of the curriculum at the First Step Job Training Program at Coalition for the Homeless.
When not organizing, Angela enjoys entertaining, cycling and films. She currently resides in Brooklyn.
